Return and Exchange Policy

What is your return and exchange policy?

We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for a return authorization within 10 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be approved by our customer-care department and are subject applicable shipping charges. Orders that had received FREE SHIPPING and are subsequently returned will have the shipping fees incurred for that order taken out off their refund. If only part of an order is returned a percentage of the shipping fees will charged. There are no returns on CD's and Books.

 

How long before I receive my refund?

All refunds are processed upon inspection of items. Once your returned items have been processed, we will refund the money via paypal (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) within three-to-five business days.

 

Do you charge restocking fees?

There is no restocking fee.

 

What if I received my order, but some items are defective? The Warranty Replacement

If you receive a defective item FLY ANGLERS WAREHOUSE will, at its discretion and expense replace any parts that are found defective as soon as possible. FLY ANGLERS WAREHOUSE must be notified by email with supporting pictures of defective item or part. Our 15 day warranty covers replacement of any defective item or part, it does not cover a refund of the purchase price for a return. Items which are covered under manufactures warranty will be handled under the rules and policies of that particular warranty.


What if I received my order, but some items are damaged during shipping?

Upon delivery be sure to open the box and inspect the merchandise before accepting and signing for delivery. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged you can and should refuse delivery and note the damage on shippers copy of the freight bill. Contact FLY ANGLERS WAREHOUSE within 2 buisness days and email pictures of the damage (both the inner and outer packaging) to info@flyanglerswarehouse. FLY ANGLERS WAREHOUSE will handle correspondence with freight company and arrange for a replacement part or replacement product to be shipped free of charge.

If you would like to cancel your order for a refund it will be considered a return and you will be responsible for returning the item to us as outlined in our returns policy above.

If damaged packages are received without notating the damage on drivers waybill, FLY ANGLERS WAREHOUSE must be notified by email within 3 days with supporting photos of the damaged product and photos of all internal and external packaging. FLY ANGLERS WAREHOUSE will replace the product free of charge, however if the damage notation has not been made on the drivers copy of the waybill the contract that FLY ANGLERS WAREHOUSE made with the freight company on behalf of the customer will become null and void. Therefore the customer will be required to pay all freight charges involved with return of the damaged item as well as all freight charges for shipping the replacement item to them.

 

What are the steps for returning a product for exchange or refund?

2. Ship the item back to us through the shipping method of your choice and email info@flyanglerswarehouse with the tracking number if available.

3. Once the item is received and inspected FlyAnglersWarehouse.com will issue a refund or replacement.
